“Does Diversity Pay?”

Cedric Herring completed a study that obtained data from 250 companies across the United States that examined both their diversity levels and business performance.  The findings show that the increased levels of diversity correlate with companies performing better on all measures of business.  His study revealed that companies that are more diverse have more customers, greater market share in their industries, and greater profitability.
